Gatsby 3000
During my time at UCLA, I was challenged to design original typefaces using grids of different shapes. We were given grids made up of squares, circles, and triangles. We had five minutes to make any letters we could come up with using each grid. I created the first few Gatsby 3000 letters on the triangle grid and chose them as inspiration for my typeface.
The name is inspired by it's strong Art Deco style, with a hint of a sci-fi feel.
